Quality and Assurance
We strictly follow the requirement of ISO9000, wholly control the quality of products vertically and horizontally. The specific guarantee methods are as follows:
System Assurance
1. The new products auditing team made by company's primary leader will estimate all the listed products and assign project principal.
2. The project principal organizes related leaders to attend the meeting about the selection of project's solution, schedule and the person in charge.
3. The project principal organizes Q.A Dept., Engineering Dept. and other relevant departments to attend the estimation meeting for the sample products and determine whether to put the project into trial-production with small quantity. The project principal has to bring out solution and schedule for all the problems from the above departments.
4. The Q.A. department organize estimation meeting about trial-production with small quantity, then determine whether to put into trial-production.
Organization Assurance
1. The general manager takes the first responsibility for the quality of products.
2. The Quality Dept. is the responsible division for the specific quality of products.
3. The Quality Dept. is the quality control division during the whole production.
